Post Workout Meal


3 scoops of Weight Gainer
(30 grams of protein 70 grams of carbs)

10 oz. of water

4 oz. of 2% milk

about a teaspoon of honey

so total 45 grams of protein, 90 grams of carbs, and a little bit of fat from the milk and honey is to spike my insulin
